I really enjoyed staying in this great place. the location couldn't be better, absolutely perfect close to the center. It was also next to the landmarks in Puebla's downtown, close to the zocalo, restaurants, the main square, and shops.

Such great stay, we were there for 2 days. Clean and the staff was nice. Central location was a plus. Enjoyed to hang out in the centre, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.
The staff - some of them were very unprofessional.

Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the little balconies that add a special touch.
